Participating in the ESOP program means employees are part owners of the company and benefit financially from a job well done. Our ESOP is a great benefit, as it ensures wealth opportunities for our employees that may be unachievable in a typical 401k retirement plan elsewhere. It has provided employees with no out-of-pocket cost. In this way, there is a direct incentive for employees to work hard and take pride in what they do.
